Hmm, Ch27 (505.8333 Mhz) is now used for the ITV/Channel4 HDTV tests. 
So, with the original file, the modulation parameters will be wrong. And 
with a Freecom DVB-T USB stick, all I get is "ERROR: initial tuning failed".

If you want to use the offsets, you can put a single line like:
T 482000000 8MHz 2/3 NONE QAM64 2k 1/32 NONE #Mux2, Ch22
It will then go through a lot of frequencies and a lot of "tuning 
failed". However, if you put all 6 multiplexes in the file, the scanning 
process is much faster.
