I have similiar problems since I switched from 2.6.18 to 2.6.19.1.
I switched to PREEMPT and changed HZ from 250 to 1000 and
I used the very same hg snapshot that I used for 2.6.18

I get them too under 2.6.19.1 but I've never seen this under 2.6.18.
