I haven't tested your patch, but I know that with my patch "vdr" works like
a charm. And without it, it won't work. Also, while I let "szap RTL" running
I get this output:

...

So I get the TV station. Even when I now do a "hexdump </dev/video0" the card stays
in the locked state. I have no /dev/video, but my /dev/video0 is major 81 minor 0.
