I have sent you the tarball. Cannot post it to the list since it is a 
bit huge. You can build it as per the instructions for the v4l-dvb tree. 
The instructions for building it are on linuxtv.org. As for the 
instructions on tuning and others, it would be better to follow what 
Henrik advised you in a previous mail.
