_IF_ required later, and that's a big if - I'm sure that'll never
be the case[1] - one can always add a little bit of code to handle
that.

[1] I would even go as far as saying that any patch trying to
    add op_sync_orin/irq_err_ignore again is broken and should
    be rejected!
