[linux-dvb] ERROR start_filter:1323

Hi,

When running DVBSCAN on my Technotrend 1.6 DVBs FF card I get following
error message from time to time:

start_filter:1323: ERROR: ioctl DMX_SET_FILTER failed: 16 Device or
resource busy

I am using already option -5. 

As a result of the error the channel list that I am creating with
DVBSCAN seems to be missing a couple of channels.

Any thoughts about the root cause of this error? Any possibility to fix
it?
