(STK3000P is the reference design name those devices are based on)

I did not modify anything yet, but I will change the agc-setup for the 
dib3000P before requesting the merge into the main-tree. Also I will maybe 
add the calibration I found during rev-eng other mt2060-based drivers.

However, I just tried to scan for channels with it (I'm living very close 
to Villebon) I didn't get anything. (no mpeg lock at all, just TPS lock).

Everyone please use http://linuxtv.org/hg/~pb/v4l-dvb.stk3000p for any 
tests, patches and diffs for this kind of devices. It will make the 
integration and bug-fixing easier.
