[linux-dvb] dib3000mc/mb - no lock while tuning in 2.6.18.13

dib3000mc/mb still get no LOCK while tuning with the driver from the new
linux kernel 2.6.18.13.

It do not work since 2.6.18.

I used "tzap CHANNEL_NAME" to try it.

What should happen (get a FE_HAS_LOCK):
status 1f | signal ffff | snr 008e | ber 00000028 | unc 00000000 |
FE_HAS_LOCK

But with 2.6.18.13 there is no FE_HAS_LOCK.
