[linux-dvb] Update!

I "reproduced" the problem on Windows too.

Using progDVB[1] with the "BDA Module" results in the same artifacts and
quirks I experimented on Linux.

Windows Media Center and Pinnacle's own tv program still work fine: video
quality is very high.
