[linux-dvb] TTBudget/Wintv Nova big transponder problem

I have TT budget s1102 with stv0299 frontend and Philips
tuner, and have this problem too (44950 MS/s has no lock).
I can post my subsystem id tomorrow only.
There are no big symbol rate transponders on 13e or 19e
...
I receive 80e.
