I just compiled up 2.6.17.11 and it the DVICO Fusion card appeared to tune
in OK in that (unfortunately I really need 2.6.18-rc4+ due to the ICH8
support).  So, in summary:
It tunes in 2.6.17.11 OK
In 2.6.18-rc5 and 2.6.18-rc6 it was unable to establish a lock on anything
Compiling linux-dvb top of tree and installing modules from that fixed the
issue.
