Hi, there is one error in documentation udev.txt. If you have created udev-rule according it, it may not work.

In

Create a new rule file in that directory called "dvb.rule" and add the following line:
------------------------------schnipp------------------------------------------------
KERNEL="dvb*", PROGRAM="/etc/udev/scripts/dvb.sh %k", NAME="%c"
------------------------------schnipp------------------------------------------------

there should be KERNEL=="dvb..............
