Attached, please find a patch to get_dvb_firmware that updates the URL to
"http://www.softwarepatch.pl/9999ccd06a4813cb827dbb0005071c71/tt_Premium_217g.zip"

...I'd like to add this to the master repository.  Do you think we can rely on
this location for an extended period of time?
