[linux-dvb] problem with freecom dvb-t stick

Hi there,
I'm trying to use the freecom dvb-t stick with this firmwares:
dvb-usb-wt220u-01.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-02.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-fc03.fw
dvb-usb-wt220u-zl0353-01.fw
With all them, except fc03, the driver tries to download the firmware but 
never ends.

Dmesg:
usb 1-4: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 5
usb 1-4: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
dvb-usb: found a 'WideView WT-220U PenType Receiver (based on ZL353)' in
cold state, will try to load a firmware

lsusb:
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 14aa:022a AVerMedia (again) or C&E

Art.no: 25452 (This is different than others I have seen everywhere)

Can anybody help me, please?
