OK, I did a couple of experiments to check whether at least something
works with this card:

1. I used mplayer to play some video content. Picture and sound works
flawlessly.
2. I played around with different antennas and scan and dvbtune ...
never ever did I see a channel lock... So tuning does not work. However
when I use a 'Zimmerantenne' + pointing it to certain directions the
signal becomes at least non-zero... (1c1c to 1f1f instead of 0000).

I also noted that it has to antenna inputs (I guess the other one is for
radio) but even when connecting two antennas, one to each input I could
not get any signal...

Any further ideas what I could try?
