It could be that that tuning file is wrong, but is still useable with some
hardware; I found this to be the case for uk-PontopPike, for which the fec_hi
parameter was wrong such that it would work with my Nova-T PCI cards but not
with my Nova-T Stick.
I suggest trying w_scan:
