It's in a dual boot system with Vista Home Premium and is connected to a 
good external antenna.
The signal strength is > 70% and I have very good results in Vista.

I had a couple of Winfast Dongle Gold Tuners on a different drive in the 
same box running Ubuntu 8.04 / MythTV and they performed flawlessly.

I think it has to be an error somewhere in the way I built the driver.
