[linux-dvb] DVICO Dual Express

this card works perfectly with Chris Pasco's patch and instructions  
found here: http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~chrisp/Linux-DVB/DVICO/

  I am running 2 of them with no issues whatsoever.
