[linux-dvb] How to rectify PCR Jitter in multiplexer

Hi All,

How to rectify PCR Jitter in multiplexer , I am using mplex software after
muxing the TS , it was not able to play in any decoder like VLC Player , i
felt PCR Jitter need to rectify , my muxer is x86 4 core processor , its
not real time kernel or OS .
