Experimental pluto2 driver for Satelco Easywatch Mobile Terrestrial Receiver.
The TDA10046 driver (pluto_fe.c) still needs to be merged with tda1004x.c
known issues:
machine might freeze during bad reception
machine might freeze on module unload
-> ejecting the cardbus card might help sometimes
