Well, you can't use the FF output for mame, you'd have to use some 
output of the integrated graphics card.

You could add simple commands to VDR which executes games in the another 
output, or make a plugin for that.

I have done it in another way: I've installed mythtv (www.mythtv.org) to 
use the s-video output of my graphics card (VDR is in FF).
