[vdr] [Patch] dvd-plugin: Consider VideoDisplayFormat setting when playing DVDs

Hi there,

the attached patch file enables the dvd plugin to scale the DVD video
according to VDRs "VideoDisplayFormat" setting in Setup|DVB. The Diff
is against the actual dvd-cvs, but 0.3.6-b03 should also work (VDR >=
1.3.25).

Maybe, someone finds this useful, too.
