[vdr] LNB-sharing for DiSEqC [BETA]

Hello!

Due to public demand I included DiSEqC support into the configurable 
LNB-sharing patch. This feature is beta and still needs testing.

Please try the patch at:
http://www.xn--ltzke-jua.de/dvb/VDR_LNB_sharing_patch/BETA2-configurableLNBshare-VDR_1.3.20.patch

The developement depends on your detailed feedback, because I have no 
posibility to test the patch myself.
