[vdr] Improved (hopefully) "director cut" patch for ttxtsubs

I've uploaded  at http://club.telepolis.com/l.o/vdr/ttxtsubs/ an 
additional patch to the "directors cut" ttxtsubs patch.
The new feature is a delay for live view/recordings (adjustable 
separately). It's hackish but "It works here(tm)".
