[vdr] Twinhan VisionPlus DVB with CI: CAM doesn't support link layer interface

OK, so i think the chance to get this card working with vdr is very
small.

So now i'am looking for a recommendation for a DVB-S budget card with CI
that works with vdr. Can i buy a WinTV-NOVA-CI-S (Modell 588)? vdr-wiki
says yes.
