[vdr] [PATCH] vdr-softdevice-0.2.1: vdr 1.3.42 compatibility

Thanks Darren for your patch for vdr-xine few hours ago. As I'm still  
using
softdevice and had the same issue I've adapted yours to it.

It adds support for this new feature added by Klaus in 1.3.42:

- Added an 'Id' parameter to cDevice::PlayAudio() to allow plugins to  
easier
   process the audio data (thanks to Marco Schlüßler).
