[vdr] VDR 1.3.37 not recording to multpile video partitions.

I have an issue with 1.3.37 version VDR not recording to any other 
partition other than /video0.    VDR sees the recordings taped onto the 
disk from previous versions, and will play/delete them, but VDR always 
insists on recording to the basically full /video0 when /video1 is only 
half full.  Was there a fix/patch for this that I missed? I need this 
version to work.  .38 thru to .40 work fine
