[vdr] Announce: zaphistory-0.0.3

Hallo,

    brave people might check out the new version of the zaphistory plugin.
There is still some testing to do.

Changes:

- 2 history views: channelname + EPG or channelname + statistics
- history is stored and will survive reboot
- sorting by 'latest view', 'total zap count' or 'total view time'
- default view and sort can be choosen in setup

The EPG view is mostly taken from the epgsearch plugin but is not that 
configurable.
