[vdr] FF card A/V sync suggestion

Please don't let this die again!  It's a bug that really should be fixed,
even if it takes a little extra effort to get it figured out!  Mplayer being
opensource should help in seeing what exactly it does that vdr fails to do.

I really wish I was a C coder right now.  :)
