  $ ls -l debian/libxine1/usr/share/bug/libxine1/presubj

My guess is that it's been marked as executable.

  $ chmod a-x,a+X debian/*
  $ chmod a+x debian/rules debian/shlibdeps.sh
  $ debuild binary
