[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] xmltv2vdr-1.0.7

Bugreport:

xmltv2vdr-1.0.7 doesn't work when there is only one line in channels.conf

The line 234 seems to be the problem. $chanCur is "" the first time and
doesn't match.

Can someone with perl-skills look at this?
