[vdr] Thank you Klaus

Thank you Klaus for the Subtitles. I have been hoping for this
since I first started using vdr some years ago. (I can handle English
and German speaking films quite well, but Akira Kurosawa's masterpieces
are quite difficult without subtitles.)

Since I know you don't need the subtitles I am very gratefull for
your effort on this!
And a big thank you to Pekka Virtanen whose subititles
plugin made it possible for me to use the vdr during these years.
Now I just have to find a slot when no one in my family is
using the vdr so I can upgrade it.
