[vdr] New URL of the VDR homepage

The VDR homepage has moved to the new URL

  http://www.tvdr.de

The VDR ftp server is now available at

  ftp://ftp.tvdr.de/vdr

My private email address has changed to

  Klaus.Schmidinger at tvdr.de

The old URLs will be redirected to the new location for a while,
but please update any links that point to the "cadsoft" pages
or email addresses to the new URL as soon as possible. Please
note that on the new server there are no more "people/kls/vdr"
directories - it's plain simple http://www.tvdr.de.
