[vdr] Xineliboutput Git mirror update

Hi!

Because `git cvsimport` didn't do a very good job, I switched to cvs2git.
cvs2git seems to work fine and even takes care about the merges.

Unfortunately this required to change the whole history. The new Git
mirror is available by the same URL's:

    git://projects.vdr-developer.org/xineliboutput.git
    http://projects.vdr-developer.org/git/?p=xineliboutput.git;a=summary

If you rely on the old history, you must change your remotes to:

    git://projects.vdr-developer.org/xineliboutput-old-mirror.git

The Git mirror is synced with the CVS every hour.
