The useractivity plugin prevents shutdown if there are active X or terminal users..

Plugin also implements the following SVDRP commands.

Key	Description
GETI	Display minimum user inactivity in minutes.
LSTU	Display a list of users.
SETA	Set VDR user active.
SETI <minutes>	Set minimum user inactivity in minutes.
