Apparently the device is actually a rebranded TechnoTrend TT-connect S-2400.
lsusb output: Bus 007 Device 009: ID 0b48:3006 TechnoTrend AG
Components used include:

- NXP/Philips TDA10086HT (demodulator)
- Cypress CY7C68013A (i.e. FX2) (USB bridge)
