    * better signal handling error detection
    * setjmp.S on i386

    * jmp_buf is 40*8 instead of 58*8 on ppc64.

    * sigjmp.c: __mask_was_saved was not set in all cases!

- now the signal handling in the dietlibc uses the rt_sig* syscalls (less
  pain with different archs).

- rewrote the sig*set functions (some were all the way to black...).
