  Added module parameter 'delays'.  Use delays=0 or delays=1 (default).
  Setting delays to 0 removes most of the delay operations in the module code. 
  This enables much faster module loading, and device close operations.  Please
  test with delays=0, and report errors. If there are no problems, I want to 
  make delays=0 default.

  Avoids compiler warnings, and videodev template is more complete.
