Linux DVB driver + API doc release 1.0.0

	Added Technisat Skystar2 driver + various fixes and improvements.
</p>

<p>
	This release includes a backport of the Technisat Skystar2 driver from
	dvb-kernel CVS, and various fixes and improvements to some frontend
	drivers, the dvb_net driver and the scan utility. See the file
	<a href="download/CHANGES">CHANGES</a> for full change information, and
	the file <a href="download/CARDS">CARDS</a> for supported
