announce v4l cvs and Wiki

video4linux Wiki and CVS

<p>
	As a result of the connection between the video4linux
	and the DVB projects, we now host a <a href="/v4lwiki/">V4LWiki</a> and the
	<a href="/cvs.php">video4linux CVS</a> on linuxtv.org.
</p>

<p>
	Since Gerd Knorr stepped down as the
	<a href="http://dl.bytesex.org/patches/2.6.11-2/maintainer">maintainer</a>
	of the video4linux drivers there has been a need for the
	V4L community to find a place to keep the development going. We agreed
	to host a V4LWiki where people can collect user and developer
	information about the v4l drivers, and the video4linux CVS which
	previously was hosted on <a href="http://bytesex.org/">bytesex.org</a>.
