   Ampera: I'm in ATSC land, but as best as I understand the concept, all DVB-T2 is FTA
   <br> it's usually things like DVB-S that are scrambled
   <br> looking it up, it seems like pay TV is done in some places over T2, but, regardless, I am fairly sure most of Germany's stations are F2A
   <br> at the very least you'll get the state broadcasters
