Updated media_build so that it (hopefully) will build again for all kernels from 4.4 onwards. I also deleted a lot of pre-4.4 compat code and compat checks.
If there are any remaining issues in the next nightly build results, I'll try to fix those tomorrow.
v4.4 sounds so old, but there are so many devices that still run ancient kernels :-S
my N9 phone is still on v2.6.32 :-)
and my jolla on v3.4.108
stuck with a qcom kernel, I can't get OS upgrades on that model anymore :-(
