hverkuil, Hi I was trying to find exec files after make step for qvidcap. Well I intalled required packages and now make fails with error: This file was generated using the moc from 4.8.7. It cannot be used with the include files from this version of Qt.
I have both qt4 and qt5 dev packages installed
arnd: just applied the patches
hverkuil: in the case of coda drivers, I opted to apply my versions of the patches, because COMPILE_TEST was on a different patch
the one removing unused vars was rewritten (I removed one hunk), as it conflicted to a change that came from your tree
there are still two warnings on coda:
drivers/media/platform/coda/coda-bit.c:415 coda_alloc_framebuffers() error: we previously assumed 'ctx->codec' could be null (see line 396)
drivers/media/platform/coda/coda-common.c:706 coda_s_fmt() warn: missing break? reassigning 'ctx->tiled_map_type'
I may handle it later today, after handling the pending pull requests
(if nobody does that before me - in such case, please ping me on IRC)
for me to be aware and not spend my time on redoing it :-)

However, I remember having problems sending mail to your s-opensource.com address
if you were trying to send from that address, that might be the same problem I had before
with one of the two servers having blacklisted the other
the first e-mail I got with this issue was dated on March, 10
I'll ask the s-opensource.com admin to take a look on it

good! so, it seems to be specific to s-osg.org server (with handles s-opensource.com domain)
