I don´t know.

missing, looks like the DRAM and the audio DAC which you don´t need
for data services.
They probably also use a different firmware which is especially made for them,
i.e. it does not depend on those chips being there.
The firmware which comes with the DVB driver probably won´t work.

If the firmware interface calls are the same it could work if you use
the firmware that comes with the card (Root and Dpram files). 
But I am only guessing here. Try it at your own risk :-)
