How do I get EON working ?

Hallo,

i have the siemens driver 0.71 working with Kernel 2.2.16
an I get a n-tv picture at the video-out.

Now, what I have to do to set up EON with dvbd??
How can I switch to the EON freq?
How can I verify that I connected with EON?
I want use it with squid. But the squid box is behind a router with
a dynamic IP and the squid box has no public IP(such as
192.168.1.50)
