[linux-dvb] about firmware

Is there any chance to get embedded viaccess with the siemens (technotrend) software? 
The question came to me this way:

1. Nokia alliance 
2. Nokia 9800 which seems to have similar chipset has embedded viaccess
3. The board is shipped under different versions either with sim card socket or a connector for external cardreader.

So is it possible to get a firmware (no sources) for this job ?
