[linux-dvb] apps wont compile

Don't use double negatives if you don't mean to ;-)

videodev.h has been in the kernel sources for years and still is
(e.g. /usr/src/linux/include/linux/videodev.h).

gVideo has not been in the 0.9.x driver sources for weeks, neither has
dvb_v4l.h. You don't need it.
