[linux-dvb] Announcemend of DVD-RAM support for VDR 0.72

Hi,

i announce support for DVD-RAM devices in VDR 0.72.

These changes are based on the fact that DVD-RAM devices woldn't be supported
by the multi directory setup.

The DVD-RAM support is planed in two steps.

In Step 1 i implement a in the Main menu where you could select between 
the items 
- Mount Medium
- Eject Medium
- Format Medium
- Open DVD-RAM device
- Close DVD-RAM device
Mount Media mounts the DVD-RAM media based on
the settings in setup.conf an creates a link in the videodirectory.

The other part of step 1 are some changes in config .c so that the settings for
DVD-RAM support are written into setup.conf.

In step 2 i plan to change the recordings menu so that i could select the
destination of cuttet Films between the video directory an the DVD-RAM 
for archiving.
