[linux-dvb] Tuning with driver 2001-05-28

With the latest CVS driver tuning channels appears to work a lot
less reliable than before.

VDR's EPG scanner reports "ERROR: channel xx not sync'ed!" every few minutes,
which didn't happen (at least not that frequently) before.
