I have no idea about that, i only saw the announcement on his website, i
understand it more the way that he learned about the way you use the card
(maybe the differences between convergence firmware and TT's ) and that he
reimplemented it ...
If he *really* uses code parts of the driver without major changes, THEN i
guess he will have to release the source code sooner or later ...

Lets wait and see until there is something to play around with :-)
